What is one of the loveliest places you can imaginable? Your local library! I would set a horror story in a library because I would be upset about the books being hurt - as well as the poor people who get terrorized, of course.

ALSO, at an archive because losing all that material knowledge to bad handling by bad things would be horrible - as well as the poor people who get terrorized, of course.

Lol! There is actually a great scene in one of my favorite horror mockumentaries (long name involving "the man behind the mask) that takes place in a library...
